I had this roast at my brother and sister-in-law's this past Christmas, and loved it. I decided to make it when my sister and her husband visited, and was very happy with the results. I've posted the link for the recipe below.
Be sure to watch the video that goes with the link, I didn't, and wish I had. The directions are a bit different than what Giada demonstrates in her video.
